Apparel Brokers Terms Of Trade

Please read through our Terms and Conditions of purchase on this webpage before requesting
a sample, placing an order or making a payment through the secure website service.

Payment:

Payment by credit card can be made through the Secure SSL Encryption System which is industry
standard. Visa and MasterCard are welcome.

Payments cannot be accepted without an Invoice or Quote Number. Either reference can be used in the
Invoice Number field.

All goods purchased in New Zealand are subject to 12.5% Goods and Service Tax. All goods shipped
overseas are exempt from this tax. All other taxes, duties or fees that apply in countries outside of
New Zealand are the receivers responsibility, as are any customs charges once the goods have left
New Zealand. Please check with customs in your country as to the local laws and regulations with
regards to purchases from New Zealand.

At Apparel Brokers, we make every effort to supply you the best quality apparel to met your
requirements as quickly and as cost effectively as possible.

If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of the apparel that we have supplied, please let us
know as soon as possible. We will replace any apparel that arrives with, or develops a manufacturing
defect within 60 days of purchase, at no additional cost to you.

Samples/Returns:

Samples of apparel can be provided, but must be returned in original condition within 14 days.

All samples not returned within 14 days will become the property of the client and invoiced
accordingly.

All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery. A 50% deposit is required for any orders that exceed
$500.00 in total invoice value.
